Shipping & Handling

Shipping & Handling will be 20% on straps and ratchets and 15% on other products of your total due for the contiguous United States, and displayed for your confirmation before you submit your order. Orders outside of the contigous United States will be billed separately, and we will contact you with a shipping quote prior to shipment.

Return and Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your VeeBoards products, we will accept a return or exchange of the new and unused item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund less freight costs. Any shipping charges that were incurred to send, exchange, or return the product will not be refunded. All returned items to VeeBoards® must be in new and unused condition.


The ORIGINAL SHIPPING is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the product was purchased with “free shipping” the actual shipping charges that were incurred to ship the product will not be refunded.

How to Return a Product

  • Contact customer service to request a return authorization and to obtain the return shipping address. A return authorization is required to process a return. Returns without authorization are subject to refusal. Please ensure you receive a return authorization before sending your purchase back as a return.
  • Carefully repackage the product, making sure to include all parts and paperwork. You will be charged a replacement fee or no credit will be given for missing parts.
  • Return the product via an insured shipping provider. It is recommended that you insure the shipment for your full purchase price. VeeBoards® is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. In the event products are returned damaged we will notify you immediately so that you can file a claim with the shipping company. We will not issue a refund for products that are returned damaged.
  • Please return your purchased product as soon as you receive your return authorization. The return authorization will expire after 10 business days from issuance.
  • After we inspect your return, we will refund the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost and missing or damaged part fees that may apply. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for the credit to be processed. We will send you an email confirmation to notify you when we have applied the credit.

Canceling Orders

Stock orders can be canceled before final delivery (en route or in production). However, the customer may be responsible for the same shipping costs as if the item(s) had been delivered.

Privacy Policy

We protect your privacy online. VeeBoards® values and respects the privacy of our customers. VeeBoards® does not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to third parties. However, we sometimes will have to share your information to third parties to help with order fulfillments. When you make an online purchase from VeeBoards®, we use your information to process your order. We will also send you e-mails to confirm your order, and we may need to contact you via phone, postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order.


The purchase area of our site is secured using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event it is intercepted by someone else. When you place an order with Adagio Water Features you are automatically connected securely to our Secure Web Server. If you have accessed a secure server, the first characters of the address in that line should change from "http" to "https."
